Cibolo Creek begins ten miles northwest of the town of Boerne in Southwestern Kendall County, Texas, and runs southeast for about 100 miles, forming the county line between Bexar County, Texas, Comal County, Texas, and Guadalupe County, Texas, and crosses Wilson County, Texas,[1] to join the San Antonio River, about five miles Northwest of Karnes City, Texas, in Karnes County, Texas.
